Trending Wedding Flower Colours | 2026

Sometimes it's fun to have a little look at what is trending in the wedding world. Weddings - the fashion, decor, flowers, food - have always reflected what is fashioable in culture. Think back to 2015/16 - boho festival was the major vibe, with big, luscious tropical leaves, dried flowers and textural wedding dresses. Millennial pink and rose quartz were everywhere, accented by warm neutrals and pastel blue.

10 years later, as we move into a more vibrant, maximalist vibe in 2026, what colours are we choosing for our wedding flowers?

This list is just for a little bit of inspo and a bit of fun! Of course, your wedding flowers should first and foremost reflect you as a couple. But you might discover a new vibe you hadn’t thought of yet!

Chartreuse

The Brat-Green of the design world. The tone is sharp, zingy and bold. Perfect for pairing with deeper tones like burgundy, plum or a velvety red. For something subtler, it can be paired with white and blush.

Powder Blue

Soft, dusty and calming. Think vintage French Blue. Pairs gorgeously with vintage white lace and heirloom textiles. Colourful, but not overpowering. Pair with a pop of bold colour for something unexpected and playful.

Butter Yellow

A pale, cool yellow that has been popular since 2025. Think laid back, spring vibes. Pairs gorgeously with Powder Blue for a unique and spring-like wedding colour palette.

Tangerine

A red orange that leans more cinnamon toned than neon. Perfect to incorporate into a summer wedding pallette with pops of teal & pink.
